The National Movement for a Free, Democratic, and Prosperous Iran
We, the participants in the Convention for National Cooperation to Save Iran, convened by Prince Reza Pahlavi on July 26, 2025, in Munich, Germany, affirm our collective and unwavering commitment to the following foundational principles:
Our Four Pillars
1. Iran's Territorial Integrity We commit to protecting and preserving the territorial unity of Iran. The geographic integrity of our homeland is inviolable and forms the foundation of our national identity.
2. Protection of Individual Liberties and Equality of All Citizens Every Iranian citizen has the inalienable right to personal freedom, dignity, and equal rights—regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.
3. Separation of Religion and State A secular, democratic state is the prerequisite for freedom and justice. Religion is a personal matter and must not be abused as an instrument of state control.
4. The Iranian People's Right to Determine the Form of Democratic Government The Iranian people alone hold the sovereign right to decide, through free and fair elections, their nation's future and the democratic structure of their government.
Our Vision
Bound by a shared vision and a deep sense of responsibility, we pledge to collaborate in support of transition away from the current regime. Our aim is to lay the groundwork for a democratic, free, strong, and prosperous Iran—one that reflects the will and dignity of its people and reclaims its rightful place in the global community.
The Five-Point Plan: Rise Iran!
Our campaign "Rise Iran!" is based on a strategic five-point plan under the leadership of Prince Reza Pahlavi:
1. Maximum Pressure on the Islamic Republic International isolation of the regime and strengthening of sanctions against human rights violations and destabilizing regional activities.
2. Maximum Support for the Iranian People Humanitarian assistance, technical support, and international solidarity with freedom-loving Iranians both inside the country and in the diaspora.
3. Maximum Defections from the Regime Encouraging and protecting members of the military, security forces, and bureaucracy who wish to join the national uprising.
4. Maximum Mobilization of Iranians Uniting all Iranians—domestically and globally—across political, ethnic, and religious boundaries toward a common democratic goal.
5. The Iran Prosperity Project (IPP) A detailed, actionable plan developed by leading experts from within and outside the country to stabilize and rebuild Iran following the fall of the Islamic Republic.
The Iran Prosperity Project (IPP)
The IPP provides a detailed and actionable plan with recommendations from top experts with intimate and first-hand knowledge of Iran to stabilize and rebuild the country after the fall of the Islamic Republic. The project is structured across three time horizons:
- •Emergency Phase: The first 100-180 days following regime change
- •Transitional Period: The first 2-3 years
- •Long-Term Vision: A vision for a stable and flourishing future
